SJRA.NET: San Jacinto River Authority: gives severe weather update events determining amounts of water released from Conroe dam and amounts to be released (hourly info also given) in the next few days that we will have to contend with.

FEMA.GOV: where to find shelters, how and where to apply for assistance, how to prepare to evacuate and much more. 1-800-621-FEMA
